Delicious Chicken Noodles Recipe
Craving for some savory and tasty noodles? But you don’t want to go outside to eat? This simple and easy recipe will satisfy your desire. I used to make this recipe a lot when I was in my home town and living far away can not stop me for making it.
No matter it is winter or summer, this heaven in a bowl will be perfect for lunch or dinner and…. it only takes about less than 25 minutes to cook it.

Delicious Chicken Noodles Recipe
Tasty noodles with sweet and savory chicken topping. Perfect for Lunch or Dinner, Winter or Summer and I guarantee you one bowl is not enough.
Ingredients
- 150 gr Chicken breast
- ½ piece Red onion
- ½ piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- First you need to cut all of the onion into small pieces following by slice your chicken breast into bite size. And then measuring all of the sauce and mixing it in one bowl.
- Cook your favorite noodles in a hot boiling water with some salt. In this recipe I use yellow noodles and it ussually take only 5-7 minutes to cook perfectly, but any kind of noodles on your choice will be perfect too.
- While your noodles is being cooked, heat the pan and drizzle it with some cooking oil. When it is hot enough, put your onion following with the garlic and the chicken. Saute about 5 minutes until the chicken absord the onion flavour and add the bowl of the sauce. Add a little bit of hot water (about half small glass) to speed up the cooking. Season it with some salt and pepper, if you like it you could add some chicken powder to make it more savory. Cook it for more 8 minutes until the chicken is done.
- The noodles is done, the topping is well done too now is time to assamble. Put your noodles in a bowl and pour the chicken on the top. Sprinkle some green onion too because not only make it looks good but level up the taste also. I have some leftover shredded chicken so I add it, you could add some boiled bokcoy or any vegetables if you like.

Notes
Cooking Tips : I am on the diet while I make this recipe so I use chicken breast as a protein source. For extra flavour you could replace it with chicken thigh because it contains more fat so it will make the topping more juicer.
