Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti Recipe

Only takes 15 minutes to cook and all you need is simple ingredient. This idea could be romantic dinner together with your partner or enjoy evening by yourself with your favorite movie.
I love cook seafood, especially shrimp because it doesn’t take long time to cooked. And combined with garlic and fresh lemon juice, make this spaghetti super delicious. Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 handfull Parsley
- 150 gr Shrimp
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ½ packages Spaghetti
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Firstly, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile grate your garlic, chop your parsley and seasoning your shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan, and drizzle with some olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter and then put your shrimp. You only need to cook it about 2 minutes. When the colour of the shrimp become light red, set aside.
- In the same pan with remaining excess oil, put your garlic in and saute until aromatic. Put back your shrimp and pour your lemon juice following by chop of parsley and then the spaghetti. Do not forget to seasoning it with salt and pepper and adjusted to your taste. Lastly put 1 tablespoon butter and turn of the heat. Stir it until well combine and it is done 🙂
